Combat fitness and conditioning get you ready for the next level in your Combat ability, fitness, and Performance working on 2 aspects of any high-level fighter. the mind and the physical. The physical section integrates all essential martial arts-specific movements into the training plan making it into a High intensive interval training that pushes you to your limits, combat-specific strength and conditioning, durability training, and Sparring session in our fight classes. The mind section, integrates fight strategy, striking combinations, and set up reflexes training, and meditation for adrenaline control giving you the ability to make good decisions under pressure.
